This aerial photograph was taken in the spring of 1969. Woody Prince, who was an instructor in the Psychology Department was the pilot and part owner of the plane. Woody often took students for rides if you chipped in for gas in order to maintain his flight status by flying so many hours a year. I recall the old airport running parallel to Route 97 and being a grass runway.
